Anti-money laundering policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026
Introduction and scope
PVADeals provides virtual phone numbers and prepaid account credit for online verification. This policy explains how we work to prevent our services from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other financial crime, and it applies to every customer, account, and transaction on the platform.
Definitions
Money laundering is the process of making illegally obtained funds appear legitimate. Terms used here include “know your customer” (KYC), “beneficial owner”, “politically exposed person” (PEP), “sanctioned party”, and “virtual asset” (such as cryptocurrency).
Our commitment and regulatory framework
PVADeals is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist-financing laws. We take a risk-based approach, focusing checks and monitoring where the risk of misuse is highest.
Customer due diligence and KYC
We may verify a customer’s identity, email, and payment details at sign-up and whenever account activity raises a concern. Higher-risk situations may require additional verification before service continues.
Prohibited activities
Customers may not use our numbers or credit to commit fraud, impersonate others, create or verify accounts for illegal purposes, move or disguise the proceeds of crime, or evade sanctions. Any such use is grounds for immediate action.
Payment and crypto monitoring
We monitor top-ups and purchases for patterns associated with financial crime, such as structuring, chargeback abuse, or funds from anonymizing or mismatched sources. This applies to all supported payment methods, including cryptocurrency.
Sanctions and OFAC screening
We screen customers and transactions against applicable sanctions lists (such as those maintained by OFAC and other authorities). We will not provide service to sanctioned persons or to customers in prohibited jurisdictions.
Suspicious activity and reporting
Activity that appears suspicious is escalated for internal review, and we report to the relevant authorities where the law requires it. Where required, we will do so without notifying the customer involved.
Record keeping
We retain customer identity, transaction, and communication records for the period required by applicable law, so activity can be reviewed if needed.
Account suspension and termination
We may freeze, suspend, or close an account, and withhold related funds, where we identify a breach of this policy or a legal obligation to act, pending the outcome of any review.
Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use of PVADeals after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
