Together, these are referred to as the “Site” or “Platform.” By accessing or using either site, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Overview

PVADeals provides temporary, non-VoIP phone numbers for use in verification processes. These services are offered solely online and can be used to help protect your personal number during registration or login processes on other platforms.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our website and services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Services Provided

We offer rental of US and UK phone numbers for SMS verification purposes:

Short-term rentals (STR): 20-minute rentals for a single website.

Long-term rentals (LTR): 3-day, 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day rentals for a single website.

All-services rentals: long-term numbers that work across any supported website — 28 days for US numbers and 30 days for UK numbers.

Long-term rentals may be renewed or set to auto-renew, and can be upgraded to a longer duration during an active rental. Previously used numbers may, where still available, be reused for an additional fee. Availability of specific durations, websites, and countries may vary.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use our phone numbers for:

Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Impersonation, spamming, or bypassing verification systems for illegitimate purposes.

Money laundering, terrorist financing, or moving or disguising the proceeds of crime.

Evading economic sanctions, or using the services from, or on behalf of, sanctioned persons or jurisdictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts engaging in such behavior without notice or refund.

Abuse Prevention Measures:

To maintain platform integrity and prevent misuse:

If a customer rents 10 STR numbers consecutively and none receive SMS, their account will be automatically suspended for 30 minutes.

During this suspension, the account will be unable to rent new numbers or access the dashboard.

If you believe the suspension was applied in error, you may contact support for review; however, the 30 minutes suspension will generally remain in effect.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

PVADeals is committed to preventing its services from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion. Your use of the Platform is subject to our Anti-Money Laundering Policy, available at https://pvadeals.com/aml/, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

We may verify your identity, email, and payment details at registration and whenever account activity raises a concern, and may require additional verification before service continues.

We monitor payments, including cryptocurrency top-ups, for patterns associated with financial crime, and screen customers and transactions against applicable sanctions lists.

We may freeze, suspend, or terminate accounts, and withhold associated funds, where we identify a breach of the AML Policy or are legally required to act, pending the outcome of any review.

We may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Payments and Refund Policy

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and currently include cryptocurrencies and credit or debit cards.

Refunds: We do not issue refunds. However, if a phone number does not work as intended, store credits will be issued to your account.

User Reviews

While our website does not host user-generated content or reviews, customers may post feedback on third-party platforms. However, defamatory, misleading, or false reviews may be subject to legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, design, and other materials on this site are the intellectual property of PVADeals and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.
