PVADeals provides temporary, non-VoIP phone numbers for use in verification processes. These services are offered solely online and can be used to help protect your personal number during registration or login processes on other platforms.
Account Registration
To access certain features of our website and services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Services Provided
We offer rental of phone numbers for SMS verification purposes:
- 15-minute rentals
- 3-day rentals
- 30-day rentals
All services include an extended validity option for 3-day and 30-day rentals.
Prohibited Activities
You must not use our phone numbers for:
- Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
- Impersonation, spamming, or bypassing verification systems for illegitimate purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts engaging in such behavior without notice or refund.
Abuse Prevention Measures:
To maintain platform integrity and prevent misuse:

If a customer rents 10 STR numbers consecutively and none receive SMS, their account will be automatically suspended for 24 hours.

During this suspension, the account will be unable to rent new numbers or access the dashboard.

If you believe the suspension was applied in error, you may contact support for review; however, the 24-hour suspension will generally remain in effect.
Payments and Refund Policy
Accepted payment methods:
Cryptocurrencies: BTC, LTC, USDT, DOGE
Payment platforms: Stripe, Payoneer
Refunds: We do not issue refunds. However, if a phone number does not work as intended, store credits will be issued to your account.
User Reviews
While our website does not host user-generated content or reviews, customers may post feedback on third-party platforms. However, defamatory, misleading, or false reviews may be subject to legal action.
